Master of Education in Communications, Education & Technology

What are the core and optional course units?

The programme consists of the following elements:

1. Core course units
MD236 Communications, Technology & Education (Sem. 1);
MD247 Interpersonal Communication in Education (Sem. 1);
MS650 Planning of Research (Sem. 1 & 2)
MD211 Introduction to Educational Video Production (Sem. 2);

2. Recommended-optional course units - at least one of the following
MD210 Introduction to Presentational Techniques in Education (Sem. 1);
MD461 Media Policy & Practice (Sem. 2);

3. Optional course units
Two optional course units can be chosen according to the student's own interest in consultation with the Programme Director. A full list is given in the Programme handout.
